Homebuilders and developers manage each project's schedule, budget, bids, and team communication across disconnected spreadsheets and email threads.

Solution

Built a per-project construction management platform with Gantt-style scheduling (tasks, dependencies, assigned resources), an internal messaging inbox, a full project user directory, bid tracking with statuses, and a cost-code budget structure organized by standard development categories like land acquisition, soft costs, site development, and home building, all switchable per project from one dashboard.
